This document summarizes the main results of the estimation of the load capacity associated with the development of human activities in each of the cadastral sectors that make up the urban area of the city of Bogotá. Load capacity is understood from the physical point of view as the ability of a territory to support human activities without generating negative externalities derived from overuse (Wei et al., 2015). To obtain load capacity estimates, indicators for six dimensions are constructed, with the objective of analyzing the concept in a multidimensional way. As a result, it is evident that the physical support of the city is not homogeneous but this does not mean that it is concentrated in an area of the city, something that does happen with the support of the construction seen as the condition of the buildings and construction processes.
